  • Parent Night: "Depression & The Adolescent Brain..."

    On Wednesday February 22nd at 7pm, the Student Services Department of John Hersey High School will be sponsoring a parent night entitled “Depression & The Adolescent Brain: Signs, Symptoms and Supports”. The presentation will include Keynote speaker, Insight Behavioral Health Centers. Topics will include, adolescent brain development, recognizing the signs and symptoms of depression, how to support your teen and resources for parents. The presentation begins at 7:00pm in Hersey's cafeteria.

    John Hersey High School Orchesis present "Vitality" on February 23, 24, 25 at 7:00pm. The show features student choreography and guest choreography from Rachael Berube, Zach Heller, Robert Mckee, and Chris Xayarath. Tickets are $10 at the door.

  • Poms Mini-Camp Clinic

    Poms is hosting a mini camp clinic for kids Pre-K to 8th grade on Friday, February 10th from 4:00-7:30PM. There will then be a performance after the 1st quarter of the Special Olympics game that starts at 7:30PM! The cost of the workshop is $30 and includes dance instruction, a t-shirt, and pizza!     SOUNDCHECK - A Holiday Break Showchoir Experience for Elementary & Middle Schoolers

    On Wednesday, December 28, we invite you to bring your kids to SOUNDCHECK, a Showchoir Experience, for 2-5th graders and 6th - 8th grade guys & girls (two separate performance groups). Participants will spend the afternoon learning a song and dance (from a professional choreographer) routine and interacting with the high school students.
