Summer Technology Help Desk

This summer we will have the Technology Help Desk staffed Monday – Thursday. If students encounter issues with their iPads, they should call 847-718-4901 or stop in for assistance. The Tech Help Desk will generally be staffed from 7:30am to 3:00pm and will be located in the Graphics Lab (enter through door 15). Teacher Christina Athanasopoulos Receives Teaching Excellence Award!!

Mrs. Athanasopoulos has been chosen to receive the Mary Margaret Moffett Teaching Excellence Award given by the Society for the Teaching of Psychology (Division Two of the American Psychological Association). The award will be presented during the 2015 APA convention in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The teaching award winners will also be announced in the fall issue of Teaching of Psychology. Janet Levin Wins Illinois Journalism Educator of the Year Award!

Congratulations to Janet Levin, Hersey Journalism and English teacher since 1985, winner of the 2015 James Tidwell Award for Illinois Journalism Educator of the Year. The award was announced before her Correspondent staff on April 17, and will be presented formally to Levin at the IHSA State Journalism Meet at Eastern Illinois University on May 1.
